Biography

The one who was not meant to live. Cassidy is the second daughter of Jack Quackenkov (Quackerjack) and Celeste Mallard, born premature, fighting the world for every breath. She’s been fighting the world ever since.

Since early childhood, Cassidy has felt emotionally divorced from the rest of the world. She watched her older sibling and parents exhibit displays of emotion and found them confusing and pointless but learned to copy them and maintain a veil of normalcy, though she often refers to duckkind as if she is not one of them. As she grew older she found ways to fill the “emptiness” within her by seeking positions of power in school, where she was tormented relentlessly for her intellect and the fact that she skipped several grades.

The bullying tapered off as her socially more acceptable enemies fell by misfortunes and she even began to tutor college  students in advanced mathematics, which is how she first met Corbin. Later on she single-handedly redesigned and rebuilt the Time Top to travel back in time and seek out her great grandfather (under his instructions prior to his death) in his prime to train her as an agent of S.H.U.S.H., developing a disdain for criminals, including her own family.

At this point, she discarded her born surname and took up her grandfather’s. She became willing to do whatever it took to rise in the ranks of S.H.U.S.H. by eliminating agents that stood in hers or Jake’s way and eventually determining to prove her devotion to his rules by eliminating her own sister. Her attempt on Trixie’s life did not kill her sibling but left her wheelchair bound and paralyzed from the waist down. Cassidy shows no remorse for this thus far. She has an affinity for exotic poisons and her penthouse is actually a well disguised torture chamber where many a lowly criminal or seduced S.H.U.S.H. agent has met his or her painful, drawn out end.
