Biography
The story behind Tuskerninni isn’t quite clear, but the crimes he commits are always connected to film-making and costumes. He directed one particular movie and began bumping off the actors so that he could take advantage of the oil-rich lands at the location they were filming. He also brought movie monsters to life and set them against St. Canard.
When Darkwing accidentally signs up for the Adopt-a-Con program, Tuskerninni comes to live at the Mallard residence, where he eventually kidnaps Drake, Gosalyn, and Launchpad and holds them hostage. Darkwing has to save his family and himself without Tuskerninni realizing he is also Drake Mallard.
