Biography
The Liquidator was once known as Bud Flood, the charismatic owner of Sparkling Crystal Pure Flood Water. He viciously cornered the bottled water market during a heat-wave by sabotaging the competitor companies. While in the act of pouring harmful chemicals into a vat of Koo-Koo Fizzy Water, Darkwing caught him by surprise, and Bud accidentally fell over the edge. The tampered vat was filled with acidic water that completely dissolved his body the moment he landed in it.
When he re-emerged he was Bud Flood no more, but a being made entirely of water. Naming himself The Liquidator, he has the ability to control all water as well as transform it into hardened water, similar to rubber.
The Liquidator is most well known for his dialect, in which he constantly speaks using slogans and catch-phrases like a sales advertiser. His only solo episode is his debut in “Dry Hard”. In all subsequent episodes he only appears teamed up with The Fearsome Five.
