Biography
J. Gander Hooter (not to be confused with J. Gander Hoover of the DuckTales series) is the current head of SHUSH and is a very kind, patient, old goose.
He is one of the few authoritarian figures in St. Canard who respects Darkwing and admires his crime-fighting skills. When SHUSH is unable to solve a case he often calls in Darkwing to help out with his ‘unique’ detective methods.
