Real Name: Rhonda Jo Burns
Occupation: Rookie supervillain
Relationships: Single, very very single
Super powers: RJ can generate and control both heat and flames. She can immolate herself without gaining any injury, and can withstand extreme heat. She can "fly" by blasting fire downwards like a rocket. She has to use enough power to slow her decent in the same way, or else she'd better hope she's landing somewhere soft.
She wears a safety plaroid set of glasses over her eyes to shield them from the bright lights of her powers.
When she is nervous, she heats up, and when she is very upset or angry, she can catch completely on fire. Often the inside of her mouth appears to glow in this state and it might look as if she's exhaling smoke and flakes of fire.
She is also very skilled in hand to hand fighting, able to incorporate her ice in her training.
Weaknesses: RJ is very weak in the cold. While ice itself won't bother her if its just normal, i.e. in a drink, direct exposure to snow, cold weather or cold water not only makes her very uncomfortable, but in extreme situations can put her into shock. Her powers are very strong, and she has trouble controlling them when she is emotionally upset or excited. She is a pyro, not only enjoying setting fires but feeling compelled to sit and watch her handiwork.
Appearance: She is described as being "cute as a button", with what can be identified as "freckles" on her cheeks and big brown eyes. She has orange-reddish hair which reaches past her shoulders, which she often ties back into two pig-tails. She is very expressive. She wears black and red, pretty much recycling some of her dance-wear and sewing a layer underneath it, adding some safety gloves and a tool belt. She also has safety glasses over her eyes to protect from the bright lights she often generates. When she's not in her costume, she wears usual clothing for girls her age, like flared jeans and shirts. She has a very petite frame.
Other Info: She is TERRIBLE at what she does.
Personality (click to expand)
RJ is a bit immature, but she is still young, so that's normal. She likes certain sports, and while shy she can be outgoing when things are focused around her area of interests. She is a terrible flirt, and she wears her emotions on her sleeves literally. She is easy to make angry or flustered, but ironically easy to dominate due to her desire to please other people. She is spellbound by fire, and especially explosions, and often feels compelled to watch things burn down or blow up instead of fleeing the scene. She loves video games and board games. She also loves dancing and can play guitar.
Biography (click to expand)
RJ was always a bit of a little tomboy, but she was as cute as a button. Her parents tried to get her into ballet and other "girly" things and she did well. She tried ice-skating but preferred hockey. She also played softball and loved gymnastics. She fell in love with stage-work and special effects in high school, and learned to use polytechnics for the school productions and firework displays at homecoming. She was hardly popular, so this was her outlet. (She did good in drama, and chemistry, but pretty much sucked in every other subject) She managed to get a job during these years on the effects staff of a television show.
Her lack of foresight would be the death of her, because of her producer/hosts demands. Instead of thinking about her own safety, or the ethics of planting "light" explosives to get a more interesting outcome, she did what her boss said. Of course she also lacked the experience to do better, and the last time someone saw her she seemed to be vaporized, while trying to run from a large explosion that would trigger an avalanche. She was found hours later, miles away from the scene of the accident, laying face down in a pool of melted, steaming snow, without a single burn.
The rest is history. The new super-villain was born, although she honestly sucked at it very badly and got lucky when she got away with anything. She is still very new to the game and is trying to push her luck and blow up some stuff along the way.
