Weaknesses: Her short temper and unscrupulous behavior makes it impossible for her to work with others closely, which many villains had to learn. And she is offended very easily.
Appearance: Looks exactly like Quiverwing Quack, but with the colours of the costume reversed. Red tricot, black belt, red hat with a black feather, black boots, red outer side of the cape, black inner side, blood red mask. And of course she is armed with a crossbow. Used to wear pigtails in the early nineties and changed to a ponytail later.

It’s hard to tell what she is really like because she is an excellent actress. She played the admiring and loyal assistant to her grandfather, the loving daughter to Drake, Morgana, and Launchpad, the simple henchgirl to F.O.W.L. and the clever but inexperienced (and very annoying) accomplice to Negaduck.
Maybe she doesn’t know her real personality herself. What you can say is, that she is clever, egoistic, unscrupulous and slightly sadistic. Other people’s lives mean nothing to her and sometimes she even seems not to care about her own. It looks like she loves her son and is searching for higher education to build a safe future for both of them, but this might only be a new role she plays.

Biography
Poison Arrow Quack is born in Posiverse under the name of Gosalyn Waddlemeyer. After her parents death she was raised by her grandfather, Noel Waddlemeyer, and assisted the mad scientist at his schemes. When he terrorized St. Canard using the ram-rod, Posiduck defeated him. Now useless for her interests, Gosalyn pushed him and he fell from the roof of the building he placed the ram-rod on.
Posiduck believed it was an accident and so Drake Mallard adopted Gosalyn. A few months later she first used the alias of Poison Arrow Quack to commit lesser crimes (which were major crimes in the posiverse). When F.O.W.L. in the Neutroverse found a way to Posiverse and tried to take over the world Poison Arrow Quack worked for them. This was the time she first met Darkwing Duck and Negaduck. In the end of these events she ended up in Neutroverse, just like Negaduck. They worked and lived together a few weeks, and she came up with a plan to frame Darkwing. This plan included a copy of Darkwing’s costume, a videotape, and things Negaduck refused to do.
When he lost a new battle against DW he was desperate enough to try it and the result was not only a videotape, which failed to frame Darkwing, but Poison Arrow was pregnant. When Negaduck heard this, he wanted to kill her, but she was gone. Some years she lived hidden with her son, then she went to Tri-City (the city lays exactly at the same place as Kim Possible’s Tri-City in another universe. There is a reason for this) because the Neutroverse’s Gosalyn became a student at Tri-City-University (Gosalyn and University? Sounds strange. Of course there’s something behind this). And it seems she is still there, a threat to the city and Quiverwing Quack’s arch-nemesis.
