Vladimir Grizzlikoff

"WHAT??" *angry bear noises* "This is complete outrage! I do all laundry at home! And have not wet bed since I was little cub! And I am NOT murderer!" Priorities, Grizz. "Director, sir, we are needing to be doing something about this!" @barkybarkwoof @Hooter

About

I'm finally back! :D Grizz is available for RPs again, if anyone is in need of a grumpy bear Chief Agent. :) I've also been working his various counterparts.  So NegaGrizz, Admiral Grizzlikoff (Doubloon AU) and Director Grizzlikoff (Darkwarrior AU) are all available, as well. I'll have more info on them up shortly.

As the no-nonsense chief agent of S.H.U.S.H. Central in St. Canard, Grizzlikoff will do whatever it takes to stop F.O.W.L. in it's tracks... as long as the proper forms are in order.  Obsessed with doing things "by the book," Grizzlikoff takes serious issue with Darkwing's more reckless approach to crimefighting.

Darkwing stared at him for a good few minutes before launching into a rant.

"ME PAY?! IT'S THE VILLAINS THAT CAUSE THE DAMAGE?! WHY NOT MAKE THEM PAY?!"

Then he huffed like a little kid. "And I replaced that window last week. In case you didn't notice."

He had in his rant pulled off his hat to ring it like he was strangling someone. The hero growled deeply at him with bared teeth.

It was a scenario both parties were all too familiar with. Yet, somehow, it always seemed to keep happening.

Furious that the hero was disrespecting him despite having been nice -- okay, somewhat civil -- Grizzlikoff stood and marched angrily towards Darkwing in preparation to throttle him and/or throw him out the window.

What? He had a grappling hook. He'd be fine.

Fortunately for the hero, a thought occurred to the raging bear, and he suddenly stopped in his tracks before he got close enough to grab Darkwing... likely sparing the drake a good bit of pain and several chiropractor visits.

"You are having good point. One should always pay for damages they cause."

Grizzlikoff folded his arms, oddly looking more smug than angry at this revelation.

"You will soon be receiving bill for total cost of repairs and replacements for any parts of SHUSH building that has suffered damage due to your flashy entrances." Over the years, that's been quite a lot.

"And I will have word with mayor concerning your willingness to reimburse city for all property damages caused by your 'heroics.' I am sure he will be grateful for your generosity."

He smirked. "But don't worry. I will make sure to deduct cost of cape from bill."

Darkwing wasn't most people (you could question if he's sane or not) and completely ignored the signs of the rising temper.

"You still owe me a cape."

Facepalm, followed by a deep growl. The ominous type of growl that indicated a quickly rising temper, and gave most (sane) people the cue to leave before it got ugly.

"Just get out! You are keeping me from work with your ridiculous demands!"

Once the other two agents were in the office and in their places, a much larger figure entered the room, shutting the doors behind him to prevent the criminal from escaping.  Even with the gas mask, there was no mistaking who it was. "You are...
