A F.O.W.L. infiltration

If you wanted something, but didn't want to get your own hands dirty or risk any of your accomplices you hire someone to take that risk for you. That is what F.O.W.L. High Command has done in the past when it comes to certain jobs- they always hired the same person too as so far she is the only one capable of successfully finishing the task without getting caught.

-

Who is this person and how are they able to successfully infiltrate and take from S.H.U.S.H. so easily compared to F.O.W.L.'s elite agents?

-

Her name was Esmeralda Cruz and she is able to do this by stealing her recently deceased twin sister's identity. S.H.U.S.H. still had no idea that Agent Gabriela Cruz was truly dead and had no reason to suspect as such as the two were exactly identical.

-

Well- in terms of physical appearance they were exactly identical-- they were way different in every other way.

-

Esmeralda was an expert in hacking, espionage, and a master of manipulation. She was willing to do anything to see her jobs fulfilled. However-- if she comes across another interested party that offers her more than whatever her current client is offering, she will betray said client.

-

F.O.W.L. is aware of this, but she has yet to do it to them as their payments were always perfect for her. How much longer until someone else offers her a better price?

-

The Red Robin boredly laid on top of a piano in Steelbeak's penthouse. She wasn't invited in, but she was waiting for him. High Command told her to do this particular mission with the Chief Agent.

-

Though honestly, if his home was so easy to penetrate-- is he really good at what he does?

      There was the sound of a key in the lock and some high-pitched giggling.  In walked a slim brunette in four-inch heels, her slinky red dress glaring even in the dim lighting of what Steelbeak thought was his empty penthouse.  "Make yerself comfertable sweetcheeks while I get us some wine."

      The clack of stilettos against the hardwood floors could be heard before the woman appeared in Esmeralda's view.  She gasped and stopped short, staring at the robin.  "Steelie?" she called out uncertainly.

      "Yes my little raspberry tart?"  He came up behind her, bottle in hand, just as she whirled and slapped him across the face.  He jerked in surprise, nearly dropping said bottle.

      "Hey!  What was dat..."  As she stormed off, Steelbeak realized he had another guest.  He scowled.  "Who are you?  How did you get in 'ere?"  The door slammed in the distance, and his grip tightened around the wine as if he were going to use it as a weapon if need be.

        Esmeralda waved nonchalantly at the rooster's visitor. Seeing the woman smack Steelbeak and leave made her snicker in amusement.

        -

        "Sorry, I ruined your one-night stand.." She said with a playful smirk, getting off the piano she strutted over to him. "If you want, I can substitute for her. later.." She whispered in a rather suggestive tone, gently tapping his steel beak as she pressed herself-- more like her breasts onto him. "Between you and me, I don't think she'd last long."

        -

        Taking a step back, giving them an inch or two apart, the Red Robin continued. "My name is Esmeralda Cruz, and tonight, you and I are to be partners as per High Command's order.

        • Steelbeak

          He blinked, starting to feel less affronted and more impressed.  Especially with her assets.

          "Oh yeah?  Well I'll keep yas to dat," he responded, lowering the wine bottle.  "Since I already got it out, yas want some champagne Miss Cruz?  Whatever 'igh Command's got in store fer us kin wait."

          Before she could answer, he popped the top and produced a couple of flutes from somewhere before pouring them two glasses.

          "I 'ope ya kin do more den breakin' an' enterin'.  I was t'inkin' about uppin' security anyway."

            The Red Robin smiled, taking hold of the glass before gently tapping it against his glass. "To our partnership."

            -

            She took a few sips before answering him. "I see you wish to know what my assets are." With her free hand she placed it on her ass for emphasis with a smirk. "Well, your security system was simple for a hacker of my skill to get by. People are so trusting of those DT87 security systems."

            -

            "I can do so much, but a lady's got to keep some secrets to herself." She winked, before booping him on the beak.

            -

            "I'll tell you one skill of mine that is crucial to the success of this mission though- espionage." She smirked before pointed over to a briefcase by the window. "I temporarily disposed of a high-ranking SHUSH agent who so happens to be my identical twin, for months now I've been disguising myself as her and no one suspects a thing."

            -

            She took a few more sips and smirked. "How else do you think High Command has been getting so much intel on SHUSH the past year?"

            • Steelbeak
              Steelbeak

              He smirked at her and downed the wine.  "May it be profitable and pleasurable," he crooned.

              "Yer right," he responded at her criticism of the old system.  "Perhaps it's time I upgraded to de DT2017 model."  He blinked and frowned slightly at her "booping" him and craned his head back.  "Wait - you have a twin?"  Then he corrected himself.  "Had a twin...an' you offed 'er yerself?  I gotta admit, I'm impressed.  So yas infiltrated SHUSH, spillin' intel, but what's dat gotta do wit' me?"

                "No, no, you were right before." She waved her hand dismissively, downing her wine as well. "I have a sister, she's still alive, but I will be killing her in due time."

                -

                "You Steelie dear, are going to cause a fuss to distract any agents at the remote location while I steal the files. If it comes down to it, we play the 'hostage card'." Opening the brief case, she held out a black leather collar with small viles filled with acidic purple liquid attached all around it. It looked deadly.

                -

                "It's non-lethal, but it sure looks like it, doesn't it?" She smirked, putting the collar on herself. "It's not, but the only one that will know that is us." She then gave him a remote control. "Threaten to have the poison injected in Agent Cruz if they continue to interfere. Don't worry if they don't believe you, they wouldn't dare risk it with this particular agent."

                -

                "If they do want proof, tell them to look at the security camera for the records room. They'll see 'Agent Cruz' being rather distressed and upset as she breaks into the files with the deadly device around her neck. They'll leave us both alone, and we get what FOWL needs with no hassle at all."

                • Steelbeak
                  Steelbeak

                  "Oh - what're ya waitin' for?  You need ta torture somethin' outta her or somethin'?"  He wasted no time pouring himself and the red woman more champagne.

                  He frowned at her plan.  "What - so I don't get none of the action?  I'm bait?  Babycakes, Steelbeak does not woik as 'bait' unless it's fer somethin' woith catchin'."  His beady black eyes fell on the purple vials with interest.  "Hostage, huh?  Dat's you, right?  Or rather, yer unfortunate sister.  I didn't know youse were inta such t'ings.  Kinky."  He took the remote from her.  "What makes yer sister so valuable ta SHUSH?  An' if she's so great, why not keep 'er alive for a safety net?"

                    Feliciana Carioca-Pistoles

                    "Or something." She answered in a flat tone, it was obvious she wasn't going to clue him in on it.

                    -

                    "Oh, it's worth something alright..." She grabbed onto his bow-tie as she leaned closer to him. "This facility is where SHUSH keeps all of their dirty little secrets. Plans. Locations of all weapons and projects. Even names and addresses of all their employees...I'll even let you be the one to give it to High Command and get the reward. Damaging SHUSH is enough of an award for me."

                    -

                    Well that was a half-truth, but there was no reason for this idiot to know that.

                    -

                    "The 'hostage' in this case would be me..." She smirked. "Oh Steelie, you have no idea what all I'm into." She gave him a seductive wink.

                    -

                    "She's a high ranking agent they could never afford to lose, let's leave it at that. So, if you're willing to play bait, I'll play whatever you want when all is said and done." She whispered her offer seductively.

                      Steelbeak

                      When she leaned in and gave him the down and dirty, he lowered his eyelids lasciviously.  "Really?" he questioned smoothly, drawing his arms around her waist in a daring manner.  "Well den, count me in, sweetcheeks."

                      ***

                      As the SHUSH facility came into view, Steelbeak glanced around at his fleet of tanks and smirked deviously.  "Now dis is what I call a distraction!"  Snagging up the communication receiver, he barked into it, "You Eggmen get ready!  We're gonna splatter dese SHUSH morons all ova da pavement!  Ready...aim...fire!"

                      A barrage of eggs careened out of the tanks and slammed against the building's walls in a hailstorm of sticky goo.

                        The Red Robin smirked. "Well, then, let me get dressed up and our mission can begin."

                        -

                        Oh, that rooster was so clueless. She planned on leaving him high and dry once she got what she needed. High Command said to work with him to get in and to get the intel, nothing about getting Steelbeak out safely.

                        ~~~
                        As much as she enjoyed these tasks at destroying S.H.U.S.H. at any and every opportunity for personal reasons, she wasn't fond of pretending to be the one person she hated most. The times she had been tempted to murder the captured Gabriela were far too many, she had to wait for the right moment to show him how wrong he was for choosing her sister over her.
                        -
                        Now dressed in S.H.U.S.H. uniform, she had also worn a binder to make her breasts smaller due to her twin being a smaller size than she was. Thankfully it wasn't a great big difference or she would find breathing and walking to be rather difficult. The last change was putting her black hair in a tight bun rather than having it all out like she normally wore it.
                        -
                        "Oh, Secondary Chief Agent Hooter, we weren't expecting to see you here. Are you here alongside the Director on the inspection? Where is he?" Asked a male toucan agent.
                        -
                        Oh no...He is here? Damn it, this mission got a lot more complicated and now the hostage idea has a greater chance at failing. She managed to remain calm and composed however. There's no way the old man could tell the difference between them through a camera-- not with those old eyes, right? It would not be good if he could.
                        -
                        Her whole plan that she'd spent months on would be ruined! No time to think on the potential risks now. Just get the info and get out. Hopefully Steelbeak won't have to use the 'hostage' plan.
                        -
                        "Affirmative, we decided to inspect this base separately as to quicken the inspection--He has a busy day ahead of him. I just need to make sure all is accounted for and safe in the archives."
                        -
                        The agent nodded, gesturing her to go on ahead. "Alright, have a good day."
                          Steelbeak
                          "Keep firin', youse guys!" Steelbeak called to his regiments.  "I've gotta get phase two ready in case dis plan cracks.  Somet'in's rotten in St. Canard...an' it ain't me."
                          While the eggsplosions continued, FOWL's chief agent slunk around to a side door and kicked it in.  Surely SHUSH would be too concerned with what was going on up front to worry about one lone rooster breaking in the side.  He had to be ready in case the robin's plan fell through...or if she tried to betray him.
                            Feliciana Carioca-Pistoles
                            The intel she was hired by High Command to retrieve were files on all S.H.U.S.H.'s top agents' names and locations. What they wanted it for she didn't know due to the fact she had completely tuned them out. All she wanted to know was the who/what/where of her mission, not why. She could care less why.
                            -
                            After hacking into the system with ease, she found the files she needed and began to take a look over it as if she was looking for a particular person-- but who and why?
                            -
                            Name: John Gander Hooter
                            Rank: Director
                            Address: 411 Duckmount Ave., St. Canard, Calisota 07765
                            -
                            And she excluded his information before extracting the rest of the information after a moment's hesitation.
                            -
                            Once the download was complete, she put the flash drive in her her belt pouch before making a dash for the nearest exit.
                            • Steelbeak
                              Steelbeak
                              She nearly ran into the one person she hadn't wanted to.  J. Gander froze and blinked, then stared at the robin.  "Gabriela?" he gaped.  "I thought you were across town at the east haven!  What are you doing back so soon?"
                              Overhead, alarms began screaming from both the attack and the infiltration into the SHUSH building.
                              "Come on!  We need to get you to safety!" the old gander cried.
