Vain, self-involved, and far too overconfident, Malicia doesn't care about anyone other than herself. She likes to think of herself as a dignified lady with a calm, regale demeanor, but in reality she is quick to lose her temper and prone to throwing immature tantrums when she doesn't get her way.

Her 'seductress' appearance and flirtatious nature often mislead others into thinking she's "easy". This is far from the truth, and most males who are ensnared by her good looks will quickly find themselves sprinting in the opposite direction once they realize just how insufferable she can be. Her bossy and demanding personality can wear down the most patient of individuals.

She believes in pampering herself daily. When she's not robbing banks or attempting to burn down Morgana's house, you'll find her at the Spa, shrieking at the employees for another massage and martini.

"Doesn't play well with others" is the best way to describe this fiery-tempered felon. Most of her criminal career is spent solo, but she is not necessarily on bad terms with other villains -- she will make occasional short-term alliances when necessary but they often fall apart at the seams when things aren't working in her favor.

She has a weakness for shoes and shiny things, and occasionally rages about how "The Billmore Girls" shouldn't have been canceled. She drinks like a fish.

Malicia is the younger cousin of Morgana Macawber and the 'black sheep' of their monstrous family. Her father, the older brother of Moloculo, was expected to inherit Macawber Castle, but was skipped over because of a rumor he had signed a magical contract with Beelzebub that granted him immortality. Malicia, unexpectedly born a demon, was further evidence her father was dabbling in dealings with the Devil. Malicia's mother died giving birth to her demon daughter. Her father's reputation led many to regard Malicia as unpredictable and possibly dangerous.

One of the few people to befriend the quiet demon was her cousin, Morgana. They became very close and attended the Eldritch Academy of Enchantment together as the best of friends. Malicia was secretly envious of the fact that Morgana was the favourite child of their family and a more prestigious student.

Their friendship dissolved during their teen years when Morgana discovered Malicia had been sneaking into The Library of Forbidden Spells (*organ music*) and, fearing for Malicia's safety, reported her to Dean Specter McHex. Malicia was expelled from the academy and angrily accused Morgana of being a jealous back-stabbing traitor. It had never been Morgana's intention for her cousin to be expelled and pleaded her case to the school, but she was ignored.

Consumed by envy and hatred for her cousin, Malicia fell further into the dark arts, and began trespassing on school property in order to continue her research in the Library of Forbidden Spells (*organ music*). When she was eventually caught by Morgana, the two cousins engaged in a climatic battle of sorcery, but Morgana was far more experienced and overpowered the rage-filled demon. She begged Malicia to abandon the dark path she was heading down before it was too late, but her cousin stubbornly refused. She was too clouded by anger over the fact that Morgana was more popular, better at magic, and well-liked by their family and classmates. Heartbroken, and worried for the safety of her friends and family, Morgana had no choice but to turn her cousin over to the Elder Council where she would be put on trial for her wrongdoings.

The Elder Council unanimously voted Malicia 'Guilty' for trespassing, illegal sorcery, and being a menace to society. She was exiled from Transylvania and officially disowned by the Macawber clan.

Mal vowed that someday she would have her revenge on Morgana and their judgmental community. She left the country and wandered on her own in exile for almost a decade, engaging in various criminal activities and odd relationships.

Through a series of fateful events she finally ended up in St. Canard. Now a fully-fledged criminal, she had heard of Morgana's involvement with the crimefighter Darkwing Duck, and came seeking her out in order to 'punish' her. Malicia now permanently resides in St. Canard where she commits numerous crimes and does whatever she can to make Morgana's life a living hell.
